We booked a special time (10h30) for five tattoos as we'd been playing at Le Tetris the night before and wanted to mark the occasion before returning home. After agreeing to the appointment, Owner DID NOT show up, did not pick up the phone, gave us no warning whatsoever. After sleeping two hours the night before so we could make our appointment, his lack of professionalism marred our experience in Le Havre.
